This is a textbook example of bad journalism. The article is largely based on other people's opinions, rather than verifiable factual evidence; it inappropriately uses President Obama's visit to surface racist remarks and unrelated views about illegal immigrants; and its primary source comes from the comments section of a local newspaper website. I am amazed that the Daily Telegraph allowed this irresponsible report to be published.
