Short report about President Obama's upcoming speech to U.S. Congress on health care reform. This article is generally factual and well-sourced. However, I was surprised that it focused so much on proposed fees to families that do not carry health insurance and on the controversial public option, instead of some of the plan's more significant benefits. By featuring aspects of that plan that are likely to be most objectionable to their readers, the authors are effectively presenting an incomplete picture of this important topic.
