This is a short but important article. The author's state their case very well, but fail to consider other ideas. When I completed the story, my first thought was it was more of a commentary than intended because it was so one sided.

I agree for too long and too many managers have been focused on quarterly profits that all else is less important. When you fail to take care of your employees you have failed.
