A misunderstanding? Quel surprise! Why does this administration always come up with watered-down, intelligence-challenging B.S. when this administration gets caught with its hand in the till? There are two absolutes about this government: 1) what they say isnt what they mean or intend to do; 2) in any conflict involving special interests vs America, special interests wins every time. If the next administration is serious about cleaning up after this administration, it will need a shovel the size of China.
