The story just gives us facts about the arms sales, but doesn't touch the implcations to both the US and the world. However, one needs the facts if one is to discuss the implications, coasts, and policies to which these facts lead.

We supply the world with weapons while procaliming peace and wringing our hands about the killing that takes place. These facts again demonstrate that we are the most militaristic nation on the planet, and perhaps the most dangerous.
