It is clear that this is a simple anti-war article. It makes clear that the bills authors see no difference from Iraq and Afghanistan. It is also clear that the author does not understand former President Eisenhower military-industrial complex phrase.

Good. I'm glad not all politicians have their heads up their own butts, and some one is actually talking dollars and cents, trying to shed light on the problem, making it understandable to the people, and actually doing HIS JOB! We need 435 more Congressmen like this, and we'd have a kick ass, fiscally sound, reasonable, and logical Government which does it's job. Kudos to this lone Congressman!
