Lack of quotes makes this otherwise excellent article lose some steam. The issue of employer abuse and subsequent retaliation when reported makes this matter one of high importance. As such, it demands more stringent and thorough reporting than what was provided here.

As one who has been a victim of retaliatory efforts by employers who were reported for perpetrating illegal and/or unethical acts, i know firsthand the lack of resources available to those who report, not to mention the difficulty it creates in finding employment after the fact. This is an issue that deserves wider attention and scrutiny; sadly, it did not occur with this particular article in any substantive measure....
