Road to e-voting crisis paved with money, good intentions
However, a Maryland voting activist organization, SAVEOurVotes.org, has released a report [PDF] on the costs of e-voting that (quite unintentionally) provides a useful and vivid illustration of exactly how and why we arrived at the present point.
