The REAL inconvenient truth

Zealotry over global warming could damage our Earth far more than climate change

The article contains the error of using "percent" when they mean degrees C - Probably done by a copy editor. I ordered Lawson's book a week ago, but its not available in the US until May. I agree with Lawson. The science is extremely dubious. The claims of consensus are a flat out lie. CO2 reduction will not happen - China won't do it and American consumers won't accept gas at 3x or 5x the current price. The idea that we can walk away from fossil fuels in the short run (30 years) is a fantasy. The idea that wind or solar can step in is a bigger fantasy. Global warming is a psychological and as Lawson says it fills a void left by the removal of God and Marxism from the lives of the chattering classes. Scientists with notable exceptions have shown themselves to be bureaucrats at heart w/o the courage to go against the church of global warming. It does take courage to risk ones job and pension lacking independent income.
