Mediocre reporting on an interesting topic. What resources is the government putting toward this new law? How do they plan on reaching the poorest villages?

Exciting news which broke some time ago but received little media coverage outside of India. The piece includes comments from detractors which are surprising; more detailed discussion of their objections would be worthwhile, since on the surface this seems so obviously to be a great thing for India and for that nation's vast population of the poor and illiterate.

It is good journalism because it covers the news in a broad sense. There is no immediacy to the news since it's been a while this news broke. I found it and thought I should let others see
