Great article ! The implications, are clear, and chilling. So, does this mean that when President Obama's administration is over, he will grant a blanket amnesty and pardon to all members of his administration, from top, to bottom, to preclude the next Administration from seeking their own vengeance ? This is all so childish, it's hard to believe.
