there are two arguments on which this opinion seems to rest as the basis for the perspective of the ambassador . one is an appeal to feelings and behaviors of a family and friends with which compassionate people can identify. the other, for which much more information would need to be provided than is here, to be a reasonable factor , is the question of injustice about his guilt . that hasn't reached a level to have convinced a majority of scots or others, it seems, and now it will perhaps become moot for most.

when i listened to the scotsman who made the decision on "compassion" because he wants his country to be unlike persons who would do what the terrorist who did this act did, it was a decision i, not being connected to the horrible catastrophe, could agree with.
