The "back of an envelop" statistics were clearly identified and links to statistics from organizations were given. Providing sources for statistics are particularly important when the stats are shocking. Many of the stats surrounding the Drug War are very shocking.

I've always been skeptical of the need for a War on Drugs. It can be scientifically shown that addiction should be characterized as a brain disease. Just like will power is not going to cure your cancer, it won't cure your addiction...
