as an opinion piece it clearly has a point of view. yet the assertions here about the lack of evidence for scary repercussions from mr . bush seem apparent, and the clear need for protecting citizens' rights to at least some privacy, and the need for accountability is not difficult to justify in recommending this bill. pointing out the need to take new technologies into account as this bill does more than the senate/president's bill, would seem vital in an updated bill.
