this is a well published story and the coverage is much what I've been hearing.....like the truth of the 911 commission report, people disbelieve, and yet making no the corrections in the coverage. People who don't believe the coverage please explain " Woods is one of the 52 former state attorneys-general, of both parties, who've asked Congress to investigate the Siegelman case. CBS "60 min" has been the source of many bitting news stories...I plan to flesh out to his skeleton....

Yes, it seems to be based on sources and facts (though I'm not sure how thoroughly I trust the sources). And it's the kind of tactic that, unfortunately, one can believe the current administration is capable of using. I would assume there is some sort of appeal process, and if the facts as stated are substantiated on appeal, then someone else should be indicted for bringing the case.

This opinion piece appears to be copied verbatim from other sources, CBS television, etc. There is nothing that I can find that was provided by this opinion blog site, so it is not clear why this was offered on NewsTrust. Indeed the absence of any copyright notices for in full copying of materials that clearly are under copyright suggests that this is an illegal web site that should not be allowed on NewsTrust.
