a good story about Boston changing its way of dealing with the homelessness population, highlighting savings and also possible difficulties. A normal news story, not a feature or a magazine-length article, so somewhat info limited, but overall pretty good.

Does at excellent job at presenting the challenges of moving the homeless into housing, but less so at highlighting the successes. One presumes there is ultimately a net positive gain from this kind of program. Are there different programs that have also shown success?
