This opinion piece has little merit. It is uninformed. The U.S. is viewed more favorably than at any prior time in history in Africa and in India. Leaders favoring U.S. goals have replaced anti-U.S. leaders in France, Germany, Canada, even Sweden, and at the U.N. Latin America is more closely in agreement with U.S. aims than before, notable in Brazil, with the exception of Venezuela, where regime change will soon happen, Cuba and Bolivia.
