This piece is problematic in that 1) it relies on an anonymous source for a key insight 2) does not adequately explain Iran's past breach that the US is stressing. Iran was in violation of IAEA rules in the past. Whether the US is being too vociferous in stressing this point now is a different issue.

A good article with good sources. No doubt Bushies are going to be upset that their "Damn-the-torpedoes-full-speed-ahead to war with Iran" philosophy is again under surveillance. Obviously, Cheney-Bush remain undaunted in their quest for Iranian oil. What’s amazing is that they want it so badly they’re willing to sacrifice the Middle East for it.

Reporting from Asia suggests the Bush war-hawks are pushing disinformation onto the UN IAEA prior to an expected report. It is good to see reporters covering the situation, perhaps it will get picked up in the US right wing corporate press?
