the end of this piece is important to this topic: to encourage citizens to weigh in on the proposed internet policies. there issome histroy, altho i'd like to have seem more of most recent, of how the fcc came to this, and warnings about providers who have used false information in the past to discourage our participation. the important question about whether or not congress' participation is required is brought in.
