The story informs the public that the Chairman of the House Ag Committee and the ranking R. have issued a joint letter looking to submit something that both houses can pass regarding the stalled farm bill and the president can sign and providing an explanation of the president's veto threat. It relies on lobbyists sources as to the "variety of proposals." while I would have liked smore depth and some links, at least the reporter went further than the press release from the committee leaders.
