Have some knowledge of the immunity issue, I find this opinion piece very problematic. Characterizing the anti-immunity amendments as "anti-war" is simply unfair.

Opinion piece that only glosses over in an offhand way a subject that a serious publication like the wsj should have the resources and expertise to take on in a more in depth manner.
