Informative overview of some of the issues being addressed this week by the U.S. Congress. This report provides many useful links to further information about key amendments under consideration, typically based on factual evidence culled from congressional records. This report would benefit from citing other independent sources, for a more comprehensive overview, based on multiple perspectives (particularly with respect to John Murtha's anticipated support of the Bush administration's 2009 budget -- these statements could be strengthened by links to trustworthy sources and/or supporting evidence). Overall, this is important information, which unfortunately is a bit dry from the public's standpoint, but is well presented, considering the nature of the material.
