Review
This blogging site offers a brief introduction to a new story, rather than in-depth coverage of issues. I am left with a sense of not knowing the entire story, nor do I have a sure sense the solar technologies being used. As far as I'm concerned, the average reader might be confused by "crystalline-silicon" PVs. They could've offered other technologies that are being used in PVs to give this technology references. It is neither contrived, nor extreme, only brief.
