Mostly horse-race with a little touch of issues. With Giuliani's withdrawal, it is now yesterday's news. The basic story of the clear lack of character and experience and platform to be president of the United States did him in as much as his poor strategy to take a contributor-supported vacation in Florida with other New York exiles.

Classic case of "woulda, coulda, shoulda"; oodles of blown opportunities and miscues abound. I love joke at the end of the article comparing his lead to the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus showing up in a bar.
