The title is misleading. The story is about right wing Orwellian attempts to turn truth on it's head in a typical big lie technique to accuse the "opponent" of your own deeds. To the degree a careful reader sees that and it serves to inoculate the public about the lie campaign, the article is useful. Does it do that?
