Tuesday night, less than an hour before the debate, the Nevada Supreme Court sided with NBC. Democracy Now! decided to break the sound barrier and give Kucinich a chance to take part. Democracy Now uses an innovative programming idea to un-gag the Kucinich campaign in stark contrast to the military-media-industrial complex represented by MSNBC. No wonder MSNBC gagged him! He thinks the airwaves belong to the public and the FCC licenses require TV networks to serve the public by providing an open forum for all voices in the political debate. And he is for peace! Must be gagged. Never mind the 80% of progressives who agree with 80% of what he says.
