The history of scandals and test failures in balloting machines and counting machines has been horrendous. This story goes to the heart of trusting the democratic process. When votes are still counted in secret by proprietary programs and machinery that has been proven to be easily hackable, then democracy is not safe. The current investigation goes to the surprising and questionable reported primary votes in New Hampshire.
