All issues that seem to grip the North as discussed here and it shows that a fuse may be lit after the South's launch.

It is indeed very good that North Korea has been opening doors in the past weeks to those in the South and other avenues, but I fear after the launch and there are no cited violations by the UN - that there will be further outcries from all sides in the North.

Despite the North’s objections, U.S. and South Korean officials say the two rocket launches cannot be compared, noting that South Korea has carried out the process transparently, and for peaceful purposes, while the North has not abided by its international commitments.

The North rater stupidly expects the UN to sanction the South for this launch as illegal and a violation of the UN rules- there is no comparison whatsoever.
