Russia has begun transferring nuclear fuel to Iran for the completion of its contract for the nuclear power plant at Bushehr. The delivery marks a victory for Iran, but also a potential trap. To indicate what Russian motivations are is strictly speculative and completely ignores the Iranians right to self determinacy per the NPT; people ought to be much more aware and concerned with the $25 Billion in loan guarantees to the nuclear industry that was part of the 'energy paln' passed and passed intop law as it is taxpayer dollars subsidizing loans that companies can't obtain on their own for very good reasons.
