An odd sort of journalism in that the piece is composed mostly of quotes from other newspapers. Still, it does--as promised--present the view from Berlin. And, frankly, I couldn't resist the headline.

Sent to me by a neighbor of Austrian descent who routinely shares articles from the online Austrian and German press.
