Great investigative report on the low-paid foreign civilians employed by the U.S. in its war zones in Afghanistan and Iraq. This enterprising story exposes the scope of this issue and points out that many of these foreign workers face the same risks as U.S. soldiers do, but without benefits for their injuries. Well-researched, factual reporting on a serious issue that has not been covered well by the news media.
