Considering the size of this article it is indeed well written as you want to keep reading, and you glad you did as there are more important facts throughout the entire article.

For sure shows that the Obama administration gives full power to SOD Gates to run things, and that goes for Adm. Mike Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, as well. The article also gives deep insight into the highway between Washington and the Field as well.
