This is a straightforward report on what Grassley has asked in his investigation letters, comments to date from recipients and the backlash to date. There is no investigative journalism here -- it's just a report on what the principals are saying. As such, it's pretty good.

Grassley's investigation is probably a good idea, but why now and why these particular groups? Maybe he knows things he is not telling.
