Corporations that attack seniors' funds, and corporate banks that benefit by allowing illegal garnishments suggests a degree of sociopathic behavior in two parts of the business community. There is not much depth on the question of why the compassionate conservative appointees are not prosecuting the corporations who are profiteering on seniors.
