The writer manages to restrain himself to basic facts and official statements. No mention of the pope's youth in the Hitler youth corps. No suggestion that he wants catholic positions in the proseletising of the US military academies. No mention of a faith-based bail-out for the sex scandal suits. No mention of current papal condemnation of the immoral Iraq invasion. Boring.
