Part of the never-ending series of stories on voting machine failure. No direct statement from Diebold. Quotes a Democrat but not a Republican. Factual error: "The federal Help America Vote Act requires one touchscreen machine in every voting precinct for elections starting this year". The required voting systems for disabled do not have to be touchscreens, and paper ballots can be used.
