Roland F. Hirsch
2.5
by Roland F. Hirsch - Oct. 1, 2008

This opinion piece presents the author's viewpoint clearly, but it provides very little context and ignores all opinions that conflict with the author's. It does not even mention McCain-Feingold, which is a major cause of funding problems for political candidates. It also does not mention that the amount of money spent on political campaigns in the U.S. is remarkably small, probably less than $10 per resident of the U.S. for the coming election. While I give credit to the author for style, the other ratings have to be low due to the lack of coverage of the major factors involved in the issue.
