The short sampling time frame bothers me a bit -- a longer span of 'who paid how much to whom' would perhaps show the pattern(s) more accurately...? Otherwise, to quote LAUGH IN: "Interesting... very interesting -- not very funny, but very interesting!"

The author does not understand the issue; it is about being able to find terrorists overseas, whether they are Americans or not. Trivial amount of money. Not even a baby Hsu-full. Why the fuss?
