We have read all 1,000-plus pages of the Democratic bill and examined versions in various committees. There is no panel in any version of the health care bills in Congress that judges a person's "level of productivity in society" to determine whether they are "worthy" of health care. Full Story »

Her statements would be funny if I didn't think she really believes what she says. Oh well, they say sunlight is the best disinfectant, so the more she talks, the more her party and the right-wing extremists have to lose, and as a by-product, more fodder for Saturday Night Live & Letterman. By the way, Mrs. Palin, it's Down's Syndrome, not Down Syndrome. I am happily in my 31st year of working with folks with mental health and devevopmental disability issues. Elmer
