Leppold tracks the developing story and questions whether the Obama administration will enforce the US laws and international laws against torture, or make a pretense of it.

if an investigation is narrowly focused on the CIA interrogators and outside contractors and does not include the Bush administration officials who authorized the policies then the probe would likely amount to a whitewash, much like the Abu Ghraib case.
