No exclamation point after Reagan was wrong. None needed (and not because it was obstructed by a colon) - it isn't big news to anyone who's been riding this rodeo; although they are fighting words to an ideologue that is tattooed with an elephant and genuflects when 'HIS' name is uttered or muttered, and there has been plenty of both.
