I Didn't Wake Up Planning to Write About Samuelson

Samuelson may not think these reforms are aggressive enough--or that the plans emerging from Congress don't live up to these promises. Those are reasonable arguments; I might even agree with them, up to a point. But surely he could have acknowledged and engaged them, however briefly, rather than harrumphing--and nobody harrumphs like Robert Samuelson--that "Obama took a pass." Full Story »
