World-class investigative reporting on $9 billion dollars in missing money sent to Iraq by the state department, for which no accounting can be found. The authors provide detailed factual information tracing the transfer of that money from the Federal Reserve to Baghdad, under the loose supervision of a shell corporation based in San Diego and the Bahamas. This report is very thorough, quotes multiple sources and reveals a disturbing tale of incompetence and possible cover-up by the U.S. government. Highly recommended.
