Carrying the name of a physics personality, Tesla electric non-polluting car, with qualities near to those of gas cars, just entered the competition roads with zero emissions. The first 100 cars will be delivered until the mid of 2007 to their owners who already paid $100.000 each, and Tesla hopes to raise this number up to 2.500 until 2008. Tesla is co-founded and financially supported by big names in the business world.

Not the usual information about the new Tesla electric car, from a writer who drove one. More interesting side notes and less technical information. Cites 2 sources, but not all facts are explicitly attributed. Doesn't mention competing high performance electric cars such as the T-Zero and Tango.
