No direct opinion, but this is clearly written to oppose the confirmation of von Spakovsky. Plenty of evidence links. Tova Wang would have provided good context.

While trying to present his side of the story, this piece is bias in it's language. Moreover, as of this review, at least one of the links to 'sources' don't work.
