More confirmation of the fact the Shia community will retain control of the central government of Iraq, even if the various factions jostle for power. Why is the US still there is the question hinted at but not addressed.

Obama is needlessly squandering hundreds of billions on the Iraq quagmire when a rapid pull-out of all US forces would still leave the Shia community firmly in control of the central government and Baghdad.
