The story accurately points out some of the difficulties that will be encountered by any candidate who proposes a plan for universal healthcare insurance coverage. It describes the problems that the candidates will have in explaining to the electorate the nuances of the plans. What it leaves out is the problems which will be encountered by any plan that does not meet with the approval of the insurance lobbyists, who fought and won against Hillary Clinton's 1993-94 efforts in this arena.

The headline seems inviting; i.e., to really learn something about Hillary's Clinton's healthcare plan. But no, it opines instead on the political strategy, election day desirability, and possible political consequences for her campaign as compared to those of her fellow Democratic candidates. It is not very informative, but likely because the Clinton campaign has not been very detailed about her healthcare plan. Ezra Klein's articles, reported on NewsTrust (see below), are a good bit better at explaining important aspects of the plan.
