There are some interesting points raised here, but in a scattershot fashion and without enough detail, if the reader hasn't already been following the issue. The laziest part of the article is to quote the union's assertion that DE and TN had good relationships with its union without verifying it from a neutral source.

Skirts the edges of actually giving data to the reader. It is trying too hard not to have an opinion that it never engages the reader.
