This is dangerous writing. While admitting that they don't know who could have planned the Ankara bombing (It could have been Kurdish separatists) Morrissey goes on to give Al Qaeda credit.

AQ designed these three attacks to make the Bush administration look impotent at the time it would claim some success in its new military strategy in Iraq.
