This piece stands a broad critique of the blasphemy law, but also many levels of Pakistani society, especially the religious orthodoxy. While it's hard to argue against what she's saying, Naqvi is missing a discussion of how these kinds of communal attacks have a long history in South Asia, and are often instigated by the political class.
